Pune: Defence lawyer Shahid Akhtar and activist-accused Surendra Gadling argued on Friday that the special UAPA court cannot draw any presumption about the authenticity and integrity of the electronic evidence the city police seized in the Elgar Parishad case, before recording of evidence during the trial.
