A Bench comprising Justices Aniruddha Bose and Bela M Trivedi posted the matter for hearing after a period of four weeks and allowed the petitioner to file a rejoinder to the counter-affidavit filed by the NIA.
The Supreme Court on Wednesday deferred the hearing on a bail plea filed by Professor Shoma K Sen, an accused in the Bhima Koregaon case.
